Maui
Jim achieves glare elimination in a unique way. The patented
PolarizedPlus®2 solution combines a polarising filter
with a bi-gradient mirror and anti-reflective treatment. This
PolarizedPlus2 technology is then incorporated into your sunglass
prescription giving you the best in outside eye protection.
The
PolarizedPlus2 solution means that 99.9% of reflected glare
is absorbed, maximising the amount of usable light reaching
the eye. The eye can thus see detail and interpret colour
with maximum impact. The bi-gradient mirror reflects all direct
glare coming from the sun above and reflections below. And
the anti-reflective treatment catches and absorbs bounce-back
glare, which comes from the side and behind you. In this way,
UV rays are blocked from troubling the eyes.
There
are four distinctive lens colours and three specialist lens
materials to choose from. With the large range of frame styles
